How to play online with someone once you install

1. Get tunngle. Most games supported here use tunngle for connections. If for some reason you do not already have it, get it...
HERE (YOU DO NOT NEED TUNNGLE ONLY USE IF THERE IS CONNECTION PROBLEMS)

2. Once you have tunngle, make a account obviously and connect.

3. Click strategy on the left side of the tunngle window, then go to Rise of Nations: Thrones and Patriots. Right click on it and add it to your bookmarks. Once its added, click on the star and double click Rise of Nations, you should connect to a network.

4. Once your in the network, simply go in game and create or join a lan game. If you don't have any contact info for any matrix players, you can simply join the tunngle network and wait for someone else to join.


Note: Just click direct ip connection and enter the hosting players ip to play directly.

And to be clear, this needs to be the gold version -

Rise of Nations:Gold (Thrones and Patriots)

We must all have the same version.

EDIT: You don't have to use tunngle, though sometimes it can be easier. But you can connect to an IP directly (so just enter the hosts ip)
