Question regaurding OP nations

We should discuss if any nations should be considered over powered.
Look at the china perks and you shouldn't wonder why I use them.

Science research at the Library 20% cheaper.

Receive Herbal Lore, Medicine, and Pharmaceuticals upgrades for free.

Start with a Large City. New Cities you found become Large Cities.

Citizens, Merchants, and Caravans are created instantly.

That means I can build way faster then everyone else, get resources way faster, and get money way faster. Also take note that my granaries are better since I get free upgrades on them.

Also I instantly start with large cities, AND HAVE 20 PERCENT CHEAPER LIBRARY RESEARCH...

Should we ban certain nations?

i thought the recent update makes everything a bit more fair.
Like, so everything is not extremely overpowered.

I agree with you Marh but China is a huge world power in real life..

or that the dutch can get 10000 wealth at classical age in no time

Okay I will reach a decision to make this better.

From now on when I play as China, I will do the following.

1. I will be peaceful. I will not declare war unless...
a. There are troops surrounded my nation.
b. Something happens that causes my borders to be messed up, which causes my buildings or troops to die. I will request for the other nation to fix it first.
c. My military won't leave my territory unless the above happens, or I need to escort someone such as citizens or merchants.

2. I will no longer make alliances.
