I want to set up a official rule list. Give some ideas to vote on.

For example victory conditions. Should the person who caused Armageddon lose and the top score person win? Should it be a draw?

Why dont we just say this, when armageddon happens, no points are gained. No points are lost, and the entire fucking game was a waste of time for any participants. A waste of time that could have been better spent doing something else.
